*    Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

1.   Only one entry per household.

2.   Name of each entry cannot reflect any part of entrants's family name.

3.   Only one rating daily per person.

4.   Contest will continue from 6/15 to 8/14/09

5.   Winner will be determined by a majority of votes.

6.   In case of a tie, winner will be decided by earliest entry

7.   Winner will choose a maximum of $2,500 of merchandise for free at the Bath Boutique on an agreed upon day and time.

8.   Pennington Specialty will inspect the winner's bath and accompany the winner to the Bath Boutique on the agreed upon day and time to inform him or her of the cost of installation of items chosen. Pennington Specialty is only responsible for installation charges up to $2,500.

9.   Winner must make arrangements with both the Bath Boutique and Pennington Specialty within 30 days from the end of the contest (contest ends August 14th) to select Bath Boutique merchandise and set an installation date. Installation will be scheduled no later than 90 days after the contest ends unless agreed upon by winner and Pennington Specialty.

10.  Renda Broadcasting, its station and affiliates are not responsible for merchandise, installation, or any part of this contest other than to conduct said contest in a fair and equitable way and determine a winner
