Fire and ambulance crews along with state police were active late Tuesday morning with a vehicle crash in Black Lick Township.
The crash was reported by Indiana County 911 at 11:34 AM. Black Lick and Blairsville fire departments were called to the scene along with Citizens’ Ambulance and State Police. Officials with the Black Lick fire department say that the driver of a white SUV, who was not identified, veered off the road between the bridges over Black Lick creek and collided with a utility pole, shearing it off.

The driver refused to be taken to the hospital. The vehicle took on moderate damage to the driver’s side front section and required towing.
