A motions hearing is scheduled for today in the trial of one of the suspects in the fatal shooting at the former Carriage House property in 2020.
The hearing concerning 23-year-old Isaiah Moore of Indiana will be held before President Judge Thomas Bianco this morning. Court documents say that the motion will ask that some evidence be ruled inadmissible and that it not be referred to or offered during the trial, but what evidence is in question is not known.
Moore is charged with criminal homicide, theft by unlawful taking, robbery to inflict serious bodily injury along with conspiracy to each charge for his role in the shooting death of Jadeyn Wright at the student apartment complex along Oakland Avenue. Police said that he along with Isabella Edmonds of Indiana and Delmar Chatman and Terrion Gates went to Wright to purchase marijuana, but that ended with the shooting that killed Wright. The four fled the scene afterwards.
