A man convicted of the murder of his wife in 1984 will be back in Indiana County Court today for a post-conviction relief act hearing.
69-year-old Dennis Wayne Sipos was found guilty of criminal homicide in the death of Kelly Jean Walls Sipos, formerly of Clymer, who was 16 at the time of her death. Reports at the time said that Dennis had last seen his wife in February of 1984. She was found four years and four months later alongside a foundation of an abandoned house in Brush Valley Township in June of that year.
The hearing is scheduled for 8:30 this morning in front of District Judge Michael Clark.
