A man convicted in connection with a shooting at the Carriage House Apartments in 2020 returns before Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco today.
A post-sentence motion hearing is scheduled today for 32-year-old Terrion Gates, who was one of four people who went to the apartment of Jadeyn Wright on October 17th of 2020 to rob him under the guise of a marijuana buy. Gates was the one who shot and killed Wright during the incident. In January, he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, along with six to 12 year additional sentences for charges of robbery and conspiracy to that crime.
The original post-sentence motion was filed last month, but court documents do not show the reason behind the motion.
