A preliminary hearing for a woman charged in an assault case was continued to next Thursday.
Court documents show that 50-year-old Rebecca Lynn Dunmire is charged with Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats in connection with an incident on December 28th at an apartment building in the 100 block of North 10th Street. She along with 51-year-old Albert Phillips, Jr. and 51-year-old Cynthia George reportedly assaulted a person in the home. Phillips and George’s preliminary hearings are set for the same day.
Collin Daugherty’s hearing was also continued yesterday. He is one of two suspects in a case in Indiana Borough where he and William Zahorchak were seen going through backyards trying to break into parked cars last November. When police arrived, the two tried to flee but were eventually apprehended. Zahorchak was formally arraigned on January 27th and has a criminal call hearing scheduled on March 6th.
