We’re a long way from calling winter over and done with, but here’s a look at where we are with snowfall for the season in Indiana County, according to the official measure recorded at the Pennsylvania American Water Company Two Lick Filter Plant.
Snowfall in the 24-hour period ending at 7am today was zero inches. A total of 0.0 inches is reported for the month of March, with the overall winter total standing at 44.3 inches. That compares to 27.5 inches reported at this time last year.
The plant is located in White Township. The totals could differ with measurements taken in other areas of Indiana County.
