Police in Indiana Borough have announced charges of DUI and a summary traffic offense for a traffic stop on May 16th. Officers pulled over a car driven by 28-year-old Devante Turner of Indiana in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street at 2:12 AM for the summary offense. Police found that he was under the influence of alcohol to the point where he was not safe to drive. He was taken into custody and eventually released to a sober adult. Charges were filed through District Judge Anthony Sottile’s Office.
Indiana Borough Police have charged a man with indecent exposure for an incident on June 11th. Officers were sent out that day to the “00” block of North 7th Street where 35-year-old Dalton McClain was exposing himself in public. He was lodged in the Indiana County Jail and charges were filed through District Judge Susanne Steffee.
