An Altoona man is facing drug-related charges in connection with a traffic stop on Tuesday in Blairsville.
Borough Police pulled over a car on Route 22 around 7:40 PM for an equipment violation. After an investigation, police found a passenger, 44-year-old Lynorris Wilson, was in possession of crack cocaine, cocaine and ecstasy pills. He was taken into custody at that point.
Wilson is charged with three counts each of drug possession and purchasing or receiving a controlled substance along with single counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility. He is now in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is set for June 29th.
