An Apollo man is facing charges related to child sexual abuse in Indiana Borough.
Indiana Borough Police said on January 19th, a woman reported to police that her ex-boyfriend, 23-year-old Mason Dosch, had shared intimate photos and videos to multiple pornography websites and that he obtained the images when she was under the age of 18 and he was older than that. When police interviewed him, Dosch confessed to uploading the footage and that he was aware of her age when he took the photos and videos but did not think of her age when he uploaded the items.
On top of the child sexual abuse charge, he is accused of unlawful dissemination of intimate images. He was arraigned on August 6th and bail was set at $10,000. A preliminary hearing will be held August 27th in front of District Judge Anthony Sottile.
