A man that Indiana Borough Police accused of assaulting a girl last month is in Indiana County Jail after an arraignment hearing yesterday.
Indiana Borough Police reported on its Facebook page yesterday that 30-year-old Aaron Findley was taken into custody. He was wanted on charges of assaulting a juvenile in an incident on September 18th in the 200 Block of Oak Street. An arrest warrant was issued for him on that day.
Findley is charged with simple assault and harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 19th.
