A preliminary hearing is scheduled for an Indiana man charged in connection with an incident last month in Indiana Borough.
Court documents showed a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Garth Anthony Delk, who turns 60 this week, is charged with a misdemeanor count of making terroristic threats and summary charges of disorderly conduct-fighting and public drunkenness for the incident on September 24th. Indiana Borough Police took him into custody on September 24th during a public disturbance in the 300 block of Philadelphia Street. Welk had active arrest warrants out on him at the time.
His hearing is scheduled for 10:30 this morning in front of District Judge Anthony Sottile.
