Everyone is advised to only go to houses with their lights on and drivers are reminded to be on the lookout for increased foot traffic, especially young ones, throughout the day today. Trick-or-treaters are reminded that it’s best to go in groups, to wear some reflective items (especially if trick-or-treat is after dark) and for parents to check all candy afterwards.
