A man is dead after being shot in the parking lot of Dolly Parton’s Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee over the weekend.
It happened on Saturday night. According to WBIR, officers from the Pigeon Forge Police Department arrived at the scene and found two men in a car. One of the men told officers that his handgun had discharged and hit the other man in the car. The victim was taken to a medical center where he was pronounced dead. There’s an ongoing investigation.
Parton hasn’t commented on the tragedy.
