The incoming showers and thunderstorms tomorrow have forced a change in plans for Indiana’s Flag Day ceremonies.
The plans had originally included a parade on Philadelphia Street to celebrate the day that pays tribute to our nation’s flag. But because of forecasted bad weather, organizers have moved the event to the Indiana Elks Club on 13th Street. The event will start at 4:30 PM and everyone is encouraged to attend. There will also be on display two 10-foot high banners that have the Declaration of Independence and the pictures of its signers.
