Concordia-IRMC VNA is launching a new bereavement support program for Indiana County families, building on the work of its longtime Hopeful Hearts program.
For the past 15 years, Hopeful Hearts has provided grief support, education, and healing to children and families throughout the community. The new program, Hope’s Road, was established in 2020 and has already served communities across western Pennsylvania.
It offers peer support groups, educational resources, family-centered programming, and community outreach for children, teens, and adults dealing with grief.
Concordia-IRMC VNA says the transition will allow it to expand bereavement services while continuing its commitment to supporting local families. More information about the program will be announced as plans are finalized.
