CURVE BLAST FOUR HOMERS IN WIN OVER RUBBERDUCKS

Lonnie White Jr. hit two home runs and young sensation Murf Gray hit a grand slam as Altoona edged Akron, 8-7 last night.  Titus Dumitru hit his team-leading 13th home run and Ivan Brethowr had three hits and a walk for the Curve, including a double.

Left-hander Connor Oliver starts for the Curve tonight in Akron.

E-Bike Regulation

Contrary to common belief, Pennsylvania does regulate e-bikes, with age (16 and older), speed and power limitations. But are they regulated enough?

No! E-bikes are too powerful, and too fast!
No! Helmets should be required.
The laws are fine. Enforcing them is the problem. People are too reckless.
State law can only do so much. Local laws need to be tougher.
Let 'em alone! E-bikes aren't a problem.
