A Robinson woman is scheduled to be sentenced today for two cases, including one where she was charged in connection with a theft at a Blairsville bar.
36-year-old Brittney Arcurio is scheduled to be sentenced in two cases this morning before Common Pleas Court Judge Gina Force. One case stems from an incident in January of 2022 where she, along with 29-year-old Clifford Camut, Jr., broke into two skill game machines inside the Blue Diamond on East Market Street in Blairsville and made off with $1,400 in cash. The two were identified by police through surveillance video. Camut had entered a guilty plea in the case and on March 27th was ordered to serve up to five years in state prison. Arcurio pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to theft and conspiracy to criminal mischief.
In the second case, she is charged with possession of a precursor substance with intent to unlawfully manufacture a controlled substance. That charge goes back to August of 2019.
