Aaron Watson is opening up about his double vocal cord surgeries.
During a conversation with Taste of Country Nights, the singer said he’s had two vocal chord surgeries within the last four years, leading him to “push the pause button” on his career. Despite the setback, Watson said “coming out of that I’m doing great now,” adding “I have a new found appreciation for my career.” Now that the country star’s voice is back, he said he’s going to “be up in country music’s kitchen for the next five years.”
While Watson recently dropped his 20th studio album, “Horse Named Texas,” on March 6th, he already has his next record finished.
