Bailey Zimmerman’s charges for an alleged incident in a hotel room in New Mexico are being dropped.
In a statement to KRQE, the singer’s attorney confirmed that the charges were dropped after he took immediate responsibility for his mistake. Zimmerman was facing a felony and misdemeanor charge after being accused of causing over 16-thousand-dollars worth of damage to his hotel room on May 27th.
The country star “appeared to be under the influence of alcohol” and was “stumbling on stage during a sound check” before he was asked to leave the resort. Housekeeping later discovered damage in his room, which included a broken TV, broken chairs, a broken coffee table, and more.
