Jordan Davis says he was recently detained by Border Patrol.
In a video posted to Instagram, the singer explained that he was re-entering the United States from Canada after his June 27th concert in Windsor, Ontario, when the incident happened. He was questioned by border patrol officers and told there was someone in Indiana with his name who is in legal trouble.
Davis said some of the officers began to recognize who he was and he was eventually let go.
